my favorite thing about this hotel is the location i found it very convenient, the staff also were very friendly and helpful, the place was clean

I really liked this hotel. My arrival and departure from this hotel were pleasant. Staff were nice and helpful, special thanks to Gustavo and Adam. I had no breakfast in this hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, within 5-10 mins walk, you will be in the centre of the city. Big bathroom and water pressure was great. Airconditioning was very good, especially after a day being outside in that heat; very cool and comfortable! Very close to the airport; by taxi, it takes about 20-30 mins to the airport. The only things that didn't work in that room were magnifying mirror and the desk top lamp. I did bring that to the staff attention, and I was told that they will be fixed, but they didn't get fixed. To my surprise, the day that they sent somebody to check the issues, the person left my door open!! Luckly, on that day after my breakfast, I returned to the hotel, and that's how I found out that my room's door was left opened!! I brought that to the staff attention, and I was told that this has never happened before. She talked to the person. It was just carelessness!!! The cleaning staff also should be more efficient, and not to forget to leave proper towels and toiletries every day after cleaning the rooms. I do recommend this hotel and wouldn't mind making another visit.

Great location to explore key places in Barcelona, close to subway. Friendly staff at the reception.

The location is centrally located to get to most of the main attractions of Barcelona easily. The subway system is a short walk form the hotel. We ate breakfast 6 0f the 7 days we were there and it was very good. The entire staff of the hotel were very friendly. We like to particularly acknowledge Valeria who worked at the front desk. She booked most of our tickets for the sites in Barcelona and gave us wonderful recommendations of places to see. Some are not in the tour guides.
