I really liked this hotel. My arrival and departure from this hotel were pleasant. Staff were nice and helpful, special thanks to Gustavo and Adam. I had no breakfast in this hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, within 5-10 mins walk, you will be in the centre of the city. Big bathroom and water pressure was great. Airconditioning was very good, especially after a day being outside in that heat; very cool and comfortable! Very close to the airport; by taxi, it takes about 20-30 mins to the airport. The only things that didn't work in that room were magnifying mirror and the desk top lamp. I did bring that to the staff attention, and I was told that they will be fixed, but they didn't get fixed. To my surprise, the day that they sent somebody to check the issues, the person left my door open!! Luckly, on that day after my breakfast, I returned to the hotel, and that's how I found out that my room's door was left opened!! I brought that to the staff attention, and I was told that this has never happened before. She talked to the person. It was just carelessness!!! The cleaning staff also should be more efficient, and not to forget to leave proper towels and toiletries every day after cleaning the rooms. I do recommend this hotel and wouldn't mind making another visit.

LOCATION - excellent. a few minutes walk from La Rambla, Gothic quarter & passeig de gracia ROOM - as expected. i booked a twin bed, 1 window with no view which I knew about. 2 lamps in the room, refrigerator, safe deposit, kettle with tea & coffee sachets, bathrobe, room slippers, umbrella BATHROOM - good space, hamper which had 2 dirty clothing items that were not mine. they did not clean that part well; toiletries provided; 1 bath towel & 2 face towels; hair dryer BREAKFAST - had 1 breakfast during my stay so I could not tell how their choices are on other days. Great options: bacon, 2 types of eggs, different choices of cereal, 3 options for juices, coffee & tea; 3 desserts options; fruits

This hotel is amazingly located on a beautiful street. It is a 7-10 minute walk to Placa de Catalunya which is a central area for shopping and food (it has several shops zara, uniqlo, H&M, sephora etc) but, also further enough away to not feel too touristy. It is extremely close to many bus stops and the metro station and easily connects to other parts of the city. But best of all the staff are extremely kind and helpful and have excellent recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Thank you Valerie for all your help!

The location is centrally located to get to most of the main attractions of Barcelona easily. The subway system is a short walk form the hotel. We ate breakfast 6 0f the 7 days we were there and it was very good. The entire staff of the hotel were very friendly. We like to particularly acknowledge Valeria who worked at the front desk. She booked most of our tickets for the sites in Barcelona and gave us wonderful recommendations of places to see. Some are not in the tour guides.

The location was good, near to a metro station. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. We could leave our baggage at the hotel after the check out. The bed was really big and comfortable. There was cleaning every day.
